The 2012 Forest River Wildwood Heritage Glen 246RLBS is a fifth wheeler trailer. My husband and I purchased it in 2019 thinking we would travel but we have only used it two times. It has been kept in a shed with the wheels jacked up to alleviate pressure on the tires. The appliances - stove, oven, refrigerator, heating and air, microwave and two tvs are all in good working order. The roof has been sealed and there are no water leaks. The mattress is new. The plumbing is in good working order. The commode is in a separate room for privacy. It is 30amps therefore it has 1 air conditioner. There are two slides that both work well. There is also an awning on the door side. The tires are good. We have the title as well as paperwork from the original owner when it was purchased including owners manual, invoice, etc. It is a good solid well built camper!
