RV Description

This RV is a one owner vehicle that has taken us comfortably across this great country of ours. We have taken it on 6 trips from New England to Yosemite and places in between without ANY issues (except a blown tire which all tires were replaced in May of this year). The Ford E450 engine (gasoline) is a workhorse. All fluids have been replaced as recommended. It doesn't have "glitz and glitter" features; is fairly basic but very comfortable. As a total time on our trips, we have lived in it for probably a year. In addition, I lived in it for short periods while on business. We never felt cramped or deprived. Quite honestly my wife did NOT want a motorhome; was content for ME to have my bumper-pull. I won out and now SHE is the number 1 fan of our motorhome. The generator works perfectly and served us well when Hurricane Beryl visited us this summer. Being without power to our home we climbed in the motorhome and were well taken care of until power was restored. Even had room for grandchildren. The RV has 4 TVs and beds for 6 without using the dining table or couch. We have a 2013 Honda CRV as our tow-car which is also for sale for $12K. (We have had several offers to buy it from friends when they heard we might sell our motorhome.) It has 64,000 miles and is in great shape. Would be a nice package deal for any buyer - and I highly recommend a tow-car versus driving a 32-ft. motorhome on the 2-lane roads of our national parks. If this is your first motorhome and unsure about how comfortable you might feel driving a 32-ft vehicle while towing another 20 feet of car, my wife (never has been a bus or big-rig driver) loves to drive it. Set up at RV parks is a snap and MUCH easier than my 32-ft bumper-pull RV was.
