RV Description

The 2014 JAYCO GREYHAWK 31 FS is a Class C motorhome that offers both comfort and functionality for all of your travels. With a spacious interior layout and high-quality amenities, this RV is the perfect choice for families or couples looking to explore the open road in style. The JAYCO GREYHAWK comes equipped with a range of modern technology features, including a flat-screen TV, DVD players, and Bluetooth connectivity. The multiple power outlets make it easy to stay connected and charged up no matter where you are.*The coach comes with heated water hose, black water flush hose, sewer slinky, tire covers, front window cover, surge protectors, insulated window covers for the bunks/master bedroom, Apple CarPlay, and a few spare parts for unit. Tires were replaced at 26,213.1 miles from Discount Tire. They now have 8,551 miles on them. I was told to do a tire rotation at 10,000 miles. The tires still look almost new. Oil change has 2,400 miles on it. Toilet was upgraded to a Dometic 310. We added two Maxx Air vent covers and upgraded the shower head. We have taken this camper on several cross county trips with no issues since we purchased it. This coach has hydraulic jacks that sometimes have a mind of their own, but they do work. The generator works very well! It only has around 200 hours on it. The camper is located in Plainview, Texas and has current registration and inspection. It is ready to go to another family that has more time to enjoy the adventures with kids or larger families. **Some negatives, tank heaters are not operable. I tried to replace them and the last trip basically ripped the grey tank one off. So electrically, it will have to be diagnosed. As far as we know, they never worked. PO did have water leaks in the bathroom/shower area. We have fixed and repaired the water leaks where we could many months ago and have not spotted any new ones. There was an small water leak on the back window at some point. After resealing, we have not experienced it The exterior cap has a small amount of sun fade which can be polished out and has a handful of scratches/one ding from the last time it was in at Camping World for maintenance. The interior has a few dings and scratches from our little ones. There is a Cat door under the master bed we installed when we were full timing. Price is $55,000 OBO.
