RV Description
Because of age and other interests, I am selling my 2015 Heartland Landmark Grand Canyon 5th wheel and tow truck.
The RV is a four-season, full-time, live-in rig with lots of storage that can be used for travel and camping or set up as a permanent home. It has a queen size bed, a RecPro queen size sofa bed, a full-size residential refrigerator, a residential size combination microwave/convection oven, a 3-burner propane stove with oven, an electric fireplace, two flat screen TVs, a writing style computer desk, office chair and Lazy Boy recliner plus many more amenities including a 16-foot awning. The RV would be ideal for someone who wanted to both work at home and travel at the same time. Or, the office furniture can be replaced with the two original recliners; buyers choice. A washer and dryer can be easily installed since the hoses, exhaust vents and drain are already there. The two house batteries were replaced in March of 2024.
Since I will not be purchasing a new camper, RVing equipment totaling, if new, in excess of $2500.00, is included at no charge in the price of the trailer. Buyer will be responsible for all state taxes and transfer fees.
