Hello, selling our beloved 2014 Fleetwood Bounder 36E. Because of my advancing age, we have decided to downsize our RV. We installed a Banks intake /exhaust system, a 5-star tune, which really made a huge difference. I also installed anti-sway bars for the front and rear, (no getting blown out of your lane now by wind or passing trucks). We installed a (safety + plus ) steering stabilizer, sumo springs on the front and new Monroe front shocks that I just installed, a pancake compressor in one of the compartments with retracting hose for filling up bike tires, inner tubes or inflatable kayaks. LED headlight bulbs were also installed (made a noticable difference), satellite capable, ceramic coating was applied on the outside when the unit was new. All the performance and safety additions were installed in 2020. We have all the invoices and records of the work done. Low miles, no issues with oil leaks. This unit has 1 full bath in the rear bedroom, plus a half bath for the main/guest area, 3 tvs and DVD players (1 in outside compartment), a double fridge and a fireplace. It has a very large automatic awning with wind sensor to retract automatically when the wind picks up. The expandable L-shaped couch folds out flat, as well as the table/bench seats convert to child bed. The couch, table seats and back of captain seats have no issues and are in very good shape. But the driver and passenger seats are kept covered on the bottom because they are flaking a bit, but no tears or issues with the cushions. Also, both captain seats swivel backwards which is very convenient for additional seating in the coach. (2) AC s that kept us very cool in the summer. We kept this MH in excellent shape and maintained on time with quality oil changes. Same with the generator. This Motothome has been very good to us and very reliable. Tires are in very good shape (Toyos) 3 years old. We use tire covers when camping. Brand new house batteries (2). Motorhome is always stored at a storage facility which has a roof and other RV s on either side so it is always out of the sun and elements when being stored in the winter or when not in use.
