I purchased this unit about 11/2 years ago. It has good tires. I installed new controls on refrigerator and electric and gas work well. I have had it washed and polished. New a/c in bedroom and new controls on ducted unit. Another mini split A/C was added, so it has 3 total. Leveling system works well and has a remote control. 
The rv is in good shape. I put covers on the recliners and the sofa has a little bit of leather peeling. I also put a new mattress from Mattress Firm in the bedroom. I am older and struggle doing steps
