No longer camping and no longer have a driveway to store the unit. The camper is in storage and there is no longer a reason to keep the camper. Bought this brand new. From day 1 the living room slide has always dipped too low. Easy fix was place a cutting board underneath when moving in/out. Perhaps it is an easy adjustment, but I do not know how. Just looking to pay off the loan and get rid of the unit. We are including the attachable grill, all 4 TV's, all linens, all silverware, pots, pans, weight distribution hitch (husky), and much more. This is truly a ready to go camper. The camper has been well winterized every year. I have also painted the roof 3 times with the correct uv protective coating. It has been washed and waxed every year although the outside will be in need of a wash in the spring. Normal wear and tear. In good shape. Bought this new for $57,000 in 2016. selling this as is. No exceptions. and no crazy low ball offers. this is already a steal.
