Rare 1970 fiberglass Trails West Campster. Can be pulled by a mid-sized SUV. Was weighed on Cat Scale at 1,380 lbs. empty. At only 10 feet long it will fit in any a standard 1 car garage and has been stored in garage. Has city water inlet and fresh water tank, sink, 30 amp electric connection, microwave, propane gas range, air conditioner, closet, drawers, storage under sink, under seats, below sink, below microwave, etc. Portable A/C was purchased new in 2021, A/C vents heat to the outside and continuously drains humidity to the outside. I used a small portable electric ceramic heater when needed, but I live in Texas. There is no other heat source.

Comes with portable gray water container, hoses, 30 amp power cord and 30amp to 110 adapter, chocks, 64 gallon storage locker that fits inside the camper. Will provide propane tank on request as I chose to use an electric induction cook top, which can be included upon request.

Leaf springs were replaced in 2021.

Has a 5-pin power connection to tow vehicle, can provide 7-pin to 5-pin adapter

Has a 2 inch ball on a 1 1/4 inch shank but can provide 2 inch to 1 1/4 inch adapter.

Does not have refrigerator or bathroom. Camper has two external 110 plugs which could accommodate a plug-in cooler.
