Freshly retired, as second owners we purchased this coach April 2021 and comfortably lived in it two years based in Pagosa Springs.  This luxury coach leaves nothing wanting and is particularly tall people friendly.  The Cummins / Allison diesel pusher Spartan chassis rides smooth, powerful, and quiet.  For those new to such a large coach, the factory installed optional Mobile Eye safety warning system keeps you confidently driving between the lines.  The onboard Rand McNally RV tailored navigation system makes planning and following your trips worry free.  This 2015 Entegra Anthem sports nearly all the amenities of Entegra’s top shelf Cornerstone model including an optional sound system and 3 rd  roof mounted heat pump.  With the diesel powered 12.5KW Onan / Cummins generator, 3 hidden roof top heat pumps, 100 gallons of fresh water, Samsung refrigerator, and Dometic refer in the basement, the 150 gallon tank of diesel will keep you comfortable boondocking in 100+ deg F weather for many days.  At the heart of the heating system, is the diesel fueled Aquahot 450D boiler feeding in-floor hydronic heated floors, basement heat, and endless hot showers.  The Aquahot also includes a 30A heating element which can operate together with the diesel burner or individually depending on your camping conditions.  Other stand out features include the 2 Girard awnings which self-close in high winds, the mid-ship and rear bath exhaust fans which can automatically engage at 78 deg F to help cool inside, the docking light banks on both sides to ease after dark arrival at camp, the motorized day shades and night shades over every window, the dozen or so Firefly control panels dispersed throughout, dishwasher, clothes washer and dryer, and on, and on.   Not many coaches provide 4 season comfort like this Anthem.  At -6 deg F mid-January in Pagosa Springs, we kept cozy warm at 72 deg F inside with in-floor radiant head and fan driven radiators at the right locations.  Included with the coach are all the maintenance records including those from the original owner along with all the owners manuals.  The current owners meticulously maintain this coach fully functional.   Not many owners selling their coach can truly say “everything works”, but we can.   Given its exceptional condition, over time this coach could sell closer to $200+K.  It is priced to sell quickly.
