We are the original owners of this exceptional 5th wheel. It has the best of both worlds for RV life. It is spacious enough and comfortable for full-time living but compact for easy towing for quick trips. It has never been smoked in and always thoroughly cleaned and garaged when not in use. Due to this care the external walls and graphics as well as the interior are like new. The refrigerator interior is like new and the bed mattress still has the plastic cover. The kitchen appliances are residential type and quality and sized for extended stays. The heated and messaging recliners are perfect for watching the 50" Roku popup TV above the fireplace. It has dual Heat pump/AC ducted units and gas furnance. Above the quality Insignia stove is a microwave. A spacious lighted pantry and one bedroom closet is pre-wired and plumbed for a washer/dryer. It comes with pre-wired components for an on-board generator, but we have found it cheaper and quieter to use a portable unit. We have added some much needed options for boon dock camping such as 400 Amp-hour battery bank and a 3000W inverter/150 amp charger. This combo allows battery recharge in as little as 2.5 hours.
