This 2019 Cedar Creek Champagne has everything you want! It is the perfect 5th wheel for a couple that wants to camp in luxurious style or the couple that wants an outstanding full time RV.

This coach has been exceptionally well maintained and is in great condition inside and out. Most of the years we have owned it we have taken it to Orvan and his fantastic staff at Amish Family RV to be gone through by Orvan and all maintenance items addressed as well as many upgrades added. Some of the upgrades completed include replacing all drawer guides in the unit with heavy duty drawer guides, gear pack assemblies installed on rear slides to prevent slides from jumping teeth, steel tubes welded between main beams of frame in axle area for more stability, rear taillights added to rear cap for better visibility, heavy duty tires installed plus many more.

The living room has theater seats and a huge TV for relaxing in comfort and style. The sofa pulls out into a queen bed for those times you want to bring friends along.

The kitchen is the best I have ever seen in an RV. It has a large island with a double sink, an induction cooktop, a gas oven that we have used to bake in with good results, 2 large pantries and plenty of cabinet storage for pans, dishes, etc.

The bedroom features a king bed with shelves and reading lights on both sides, a walk in closet! and a large set of drawers for your folding clothes.

The bathroom is also fantastic for a 5th wheel. It has a large shower with seating and a skylight, a double sink vanity with a huge mirror, medicine cabinets in both sides, and many drawers below the sinks.

Looking for storage? This 5th wheel has it in abundance. There are options for inside storage everywhere. The outside storage has more room than we have ever wanted to use and we haul a lot of stuff.

The hydraulic jacks with auto level and hitch height make hitching/unhitching a breeze. The slide outs, lights, awnings, water heater etc can all be operated from the inside control panel or from an app on your phone (It works great)

We are retiring from camping or we would never sell this RV. We are also willing to sell our 2019 Ford F350 Lariat 6.7L diesel (see pictures) I would sell the 5th wheel, truck, hitch and all camping accessories (like water, sewer hookups, outdoor rugs, etc.) for $115,000.
