RV Description
After 10 years of RV adventures life has taken us in a different direction, and we are selling our third, and FAVORITE RV that we’ve ever had!
This is a Ford Transit 350HD with a 5 cylinder turbo diesel. The built in 3600 watt generator is powered by LP gas and has been maintained diligently.
One very important factor is this RV has been driven and when she is home she is hooked up to shore power 24/7, so there isn’t any mold or musty smell like some RV’s have. This RV is well built!
The a/c or heat is always on, set at 68 in winter and 76 in summer. The heat and air work like brand new. Additionally, it has a second heater that runs on the chassis propane. We also just replaced both coach batteries.
This Compass has three televisions with one outside. It is very peaceful to watch a movie from the bed, the sitting area upfront, or outside around a campfire.
We replaced all of the speakers in the coach and replaced the stock stereo and speakers in the cab.
This comfortable home on wheels has a full bathroom with a standup shower and a new taller toilet.
The cool sunroof is a lovely addition, as it allows peaceful natural light all day long.
We replaced all 6 tires this past year as well as a brand new powered awning.
She has 60,000 hwy miles which isn't even broken in yet. She gets 17-19 MPG, which is one of the many reasons she’s been our favorite RV.
