RV Description

Welcome to our 2006 Monaco LaPalma. After enjoying our first 18 summers of retirement and 92,000 miles across American, it is time to downsize.

We are the original owner of this LaPalma that was one of the top luxury models in the premier Monaco RVs in 2006. This unit has virtually every upgrade offered. See photo of feature and option sheet.

  • Full disclosure: (reflected by price)

  • A previous water leak caused some interior wall damage near the door. The repaired area has stayed dry this past summer during heavy rain storms. Refer to photo.
  • The dash a/c has always been problematic and rebuilt by Ford with no success. We just used the roof air/generator for cooling while traveling as it was more efficient.
  • The bathroom fan quit. Replacement unit is included and ready to install by the new owner.
  • Crack in interior door finish. Refer to photo.
  • We also had a discussion with a boulder at one of the campgrounds recently and had some cosmetic damage to the lower edge of one compartment door see photo.
  • The windshield has a cosmetic stress crack thru one layer at the bottom corner that we chose to not replace.

  • This RV has brought us lots of enjoyment and we hope it will do the same for the next owner!
