Upgrading otherwise would not be parting with this perfect model, no slides (extra headaches), easy to drive (like a big SUV), accepted in all National Parks (no length issue since it's just over 24 feet) and had upgrades put in (airMaxx fan to really move air, 4 vent covers installed and preventive EternaBond roof sealant tape installed to protect your investment!). Not many of this model out there for this great price. Avoid those built after 2021 as quality issues have been well documented.

Great storage, sleeps up to 6, uses regular unleaded gasoline, not more expensive diesel.

Extras willing to include / negotiate: all hoses, dump accessories, bike rack attached to bumper, vent inserts, even decorative shelves and storage accessories which are perfect fit. Wheels chocks and leveling blocks. If not also willing to remove. Well over $700 of accessories.

Also just upgraded the house battery so it can hold more charge. Have complete log of maintenance done, nothing unusual, just basic things, even when we initially took delivery.
