This coach has a 50 amp service, rear living layout in the rear, full size kitchen table, two recliners with heat and massage, rear sofa with full size sleeper foldout with a mid-bunk room with a full size fold out and bunk, separate loft with a queen size bed, a full size bathroom with chair height toilet and shower, and a full-size master with upgraded California king mattress. There is plenty of space for whatever adventure you have instore. The unit pulls smoothly and has no known issues.

This is a unit that dealers do not want you to know about because it still competes with their new coaches at a fraction of the price! I am the original owner and this is a pre-covid build with all of the warranty work completed by the factory. This unit has many upgrades including the residential fridge, power converter, larger AC units, heated underbelly, reinforced coach sidewall frames, and newer good year endurance tires. The spare tire was just replaced out of precaution (but never used). Auto level works every time, and has two propane tanks that are filled. Batteries are always charged.I am also including all of the accessories you need to take this fifth wheel on the road and begin camping. I am including the mad dog power surge protector, water lines, water pressure regulator, water elbow connections, sewer connections (including extensions), sewer line hose holder, blackwater flush lines, level pads, and power cord and extension. Additionally, I will give two additional tvs, and all interior pots & pans, dishes, cups, silverware, etc.To further sweeten the deal, the unit has been winterized.
