This trailer has aluminum wall studs and steel re-enforced roof construction.

The queen bed is on the front pop-out. It lifts to provide access to huge storage. The front closet is big enough to sleep in! Over head cabinets and dresser offer plenty of storage for clothing and TV hook up.

The rear has 3 bunks, 2 on the rear pop-out and 1 over the outside kitchen. There is also hook up for TV and multiple outlets. There is a full length mirror on the back of the door and a ladder to access the upper bunk.

The dinette and sofa fold down to make yet more beds and are located on the middle pop-out. There is an entertainment center with TV/Stereo and a fire place with 2 level electric heater below.

Kitchen has a double bowl sink, microwave and stove with 3 burners and a gas oven. The refrigerator is gas and 120V with auto switch over. The pantry is one of the largest available in this size trailer and is located across from the refrigerator.

The bathroom has a porcelain toilet bowl, sink, shower and skylight. At night the LED lights provide significant light even for older eyes.

The outside kitchen has a 120V refrigerator, 2 burner stove top and a microwave oven and makes a great place to make drinks and man the BBQ.

The tires are like new but have aged out so new tires will be installed by seller prior to sale.
