My loss is your gain! Ive put about $15k into this RV in the last 1.5yrs. Sealed roof, new water pump, new toilet, new instant water heater, and more!I lived it for 6 months and just got back to LA and so Im selling it. I just paid $3k for a new refrigerator.Workhorse chassis with really powerful engine! New refrigerator New fuel pump last week ($1500 parts and labor) New spark plugs and wires New awning on passenger side New music/nav screen New instant water heater New toilet, new water pump, and shower heads (toilet sits high that's why there is a squatty potty) Additional roof sealant when I bought it 1.5yrs ago New vent installed in bathroom Previous owner hid bad tires in the back inside, I got new ones Roof is ready for solar Professionally cleaned SmoggedEngine runs great and has plenty of power.I store the RV in El Segundo, so I can either show it in El Segundo, or in Venice if you're serious.The steps broke so I remove them. The metal holding the stairs will also have to be repaired if you want steps.
