The camper is well insulated and well built. 

Installed two solar panels on the roof 2022. They work to recharge the batteries when you are parked away from shore power.

Unit has 2 extra large batteries.

Two 7 gallon propane tanks. 

New new brake liners this 2024.

New roof 2020. Roof touch up 2023. No leaks.

Camper has a good furnace, fridge, stove and TV. All work well.

High quality Queen size mattress in the bedroom.

The bathroom has a new toilet. The shower works well.

We put in a new on demand hot water heater in this last year. It provides hot water as you need it. 

The slide and awning work well. Never had any problem with either of them.

The TV and radio work well. It has a good sound system that works inside and has outside speakers.

Storage space under the camper has room for supplies, sewer hoses, power cord, hose for water, tire covers and more.

Always stored in covered parking. The camper looks in excellent condition good and the color has not really faded,

Reason for selling is not using enough.
