It comes with pots, pans, a coffee pot, knife set and other cooking utensils.The living room features a full-size pull-out sofa sleeper, a movie theater reclining chairs that heat, massage, and light up, and a TV and DVD player with a Bluetooth connection to play music inside and out. The sofa sleeper comes with a set of bedding.The private bedroom features a queen-size bed with linens, a dresser, two closets (one with washer & dryer hookups available), a Roku TV, under-bed storage, and overhead cabinets above the bed.The bathroom offers a full-size setup, including a shower with glass doors, a toilet with newly replaced seals, and a sink. There is plenty of underneath storage that is stocked with folding chairsThe trailer is all seasons, so it is ready for travel year round. It offers heating throughout and two AC units (one in the living room and one in the bedroom). The roof was just resealed to ensure roof longevity. This unit was also protected through Duratain and was undercoated along with the paint protection coating. RV will come with water hose, sewer hose, X-Chocks, and trailer jack stands for stablizers.
