This is a 4,500 lb, 25 ft. travel trailer purchased in Jan 2023 and used since then as a dwelling for my 95-y.o. mother who has now moved into the house so the trailer is no longer needed. Everything works, but the awning should probably be replaced and one of the window shades does not stay up (I have a new one but have not installed it.) Also included is a Blue Ox distribution hitch (used for one trip of about 200 miles), a tongue weight scale, a Curt wireless brake controller, and a macerator to empty black and gray tanks at home. I do not know the total mileage from the previous owner(s).
