2 AIR CONDITIONERS which has been a game changer if you camp in the summer! This unit has double bunks with great space allocation for older kids, large slide, outdoor kitchen (fridge and 2 top burner), upgraded queen mattress, plenty of storage. We also purchased a large cutting board for over the sink for extra counter space. There is also an outdoor shower. The unit is in excellent condition. We towed it with our 2018 Suburban with no issues. We are only selling because our oldest is leaving for college so different priorities.
