This 37 rig provides plenty of room for a group to enjoy, and is turn key ready! Upon entering the main area has a dinette and sofa that each pull out into a sleeping space. Above the dinette and sofa, there is a drop down bunk that sleeps 2. There is an electric fireplace for the cooler evenings to stay warm. The kitchen has a convection microwave oven, stovetop, and a brand new full residential refrigerator/freezer with water and ice dispenser. Plates, cups, bowls, a full set of silverware for 6 people, a set of pots and pans, strainer, cooking utensils, papertowel holder and cutting board are all included. A stacked washer and dryer is located in the hallway next to the fridge. There are TWO FULL BATHROOMS!! Each has a toilet, sink, shower and storage space. Septic safe RV toilet paper, towels and wash clothes are all included, as well as a simple vacuum located in the hall bath. The back bedroom has a king sized bed with a brand new mattress and storage underneath. Pillows and comforter are included. There are 3 TVs: the front room, the back bedroom, and one outside for outdoor enjoyment. Each TV has its own DVD player and runs off of the brand new satellite King Jack TV antenna and Winegard Road Trip T4 Satellite Dish (both items installed new 7/2024) The full outdoor awning has LED lights for relaxing outside after dark. The dinette and sofa slide out, as well as the back bedroom. In July 2024 there were many upgrades: Dometic Freshjet 15k front A/C unit, rear Dometic Freshjet 13.5k A/C unit with new Dometic Freshjet control units. The roof was also freshly sealed. All work was performed by Advantage RV. We have receipts for all work done. We are including a set of 4 rhino sewer drain hoses with sidewinder sewer hose supports, a flush hose with adapter, 2 clear elbow drains for sewer hoses, 2 freshwater hoses with pressure regulator and filters, a 50amp Power Watchdog Smart Surge Protector, and a 50:30 step-down cord.
