This Lazy Daze is 26.5 feet. The rear kitchen floor plan means there's some room behind the driver's seat, not a fridge. It's on the Ford E-450 chassis with V10 engine. All mechanical systems are in good working condition. I'm the second owner. I bought it in 2011 and have all maintenance records since then. It was naver smoked in, and never carried pets.

The many upgrades include 4 solar panels, 4 6V AGM batteries, a 2000W pure sine wave inverter/charger, a Coleman-Mach 48008-9660 air condtioner and heat pump, a Norcold Polar N8DC compressor refrigerator, a hard-wired surge protector, a connection for a catalytic heater, a SmartPlug, a K&N air filter, a MaxxFan in the kitchen, and a Trik-L-Start. The Onan MicroQuiet 4000 genset has 622.2 hours. The motorhome is set up for towing.

The exterior is faded in places; other parts have held up well. The interior shows some wear, especially the vinyl floor behind the passenger seat.

The cab-over queen bed sleeps 2 adults. The sofa converts to a bed for 2 children or shorter adults. The dinette seats 4 and converts to a bed that can sleep 2 children.
