RV Description

Up for grabs is a 1998 American Cruiser Landscape set on a Ford E250 chassis. It’s got 27,504 CarFax certified miles, all driven by an elderly owner who really took care of it. Honestly, the condition speaks for itself. It's in amazing shape, I don’t think the photos do it justice. You’d probably notice the paint gleams and the graphics still look fantastic.

Inside, it’s just as impressive. Everything is super clean, the cabinetry is made of solid wood, and is in great condition. There's even a custom rubber cover over the carpet aimed to keep it protected. Based on the condition and maintenance of this rig, my guess is it’s been on since day one, although I honestly can’t say for sure when it was put on. Unlike many new models that feel flimsy, this Class B was built with quality. From the commercial Ford chassis and drivetrain, to the American Cruiser Landscape rv conversion, it’s all a testament of a time when quality and craftsmanship was in fashion.

It’s fully self-contained with a wet bath and a full kitchen that includes a sink, a two-burner stove, a three-way refrigerator, and a microwave. It’s also climate controlled, equipped with a roof air conditioner, exhaust fan, and a furnace to keep you cozy.

There’s a rear dining area that doubles as a sleeping space, and the walk-through layout makes it easy to load up bikes or gear through the back doors. Storage is plentiful, which is always a bonus. Plus, this van carries its original stickers throughout the interior, exterior, and even under the hood—along with some extra compliance stamps that I don’t see often on rigs. Outside you have a patio light, a factory continental kit, and an awning. As seen in the photos, original manuals from Ford and American Cruiser are still preserved and available.

If you’re in search of a carefully used Class B that has been properly stored and maintained, this is it.
