The RV was delivered new from the factory in April 2022. The motorhome has 6 slides and is equipped with:

- 2 Bathrooms: one of them with a large shower with seat.

- Kitchen equipped with oven, microwave, ceramic hob, dishwasher and fridge. It also has a table for 2 people which can be extended to double its size by simply extending it.

- Living room with fireplace, 3 sofas, one of which (the one in front of the TV) is reclining so that 2 people can lie down and be more comfortable watching TV.

- Bedroom with king size bed, TV, ceiling fan and large closet to store everything you need.

- Washer and dryer with side cabinet to store everything you need.

On the outside it is equipped with outdoor TV, sound system with Bluetooth and awnings with LED lights to be comfortable on sunny days.It is also equipped with a Cummins generator which has been used very few times and has always had a perfect operation and with all its revisions passed in the workshop of the manufacturer Cummins.

The unit has 3 AC's which can be used to cool or heat the RV or you can use the propane underfloor heating or the fireplace in the living room.

The entire unit can be controlled via the central IN-Command panel located upon entering the unit. Lights, water pump, awnings, AC, generator, etc.

The windows are tinted for privacy and have electric roller shades.

The unit has 2 Black Tanks (1 for each bathroom), 1 Grey tank, 1 Galley tank and 1 large capacity Fresh water tank. All of them can be emptied at the same time (except Fresh Water) from a single pipe.

For added security, there is a 4-camera system with a portable monitor that can be maneuvered to park the RV when driving or place the monitor inside the unit when it is mounted for added surveillance.

For outside storage of tools and supplies there is 1 pull-out drawer at the front of the unit with lighting.

Minor damage to dishwasher door and small bathroom cabinet due to small water leak repaired.
