This trailer was purchased in Mesa Az and delivered to Arvada Colorado for my father with the hope that he would be able to spend some time at my place. unfortunately he passed away before he had that opportunity. The trailer was only used a few times by family and friends coming for a short visit during holiday or vacations. My son is a certified RV tech so all systems have been checked out and winterized correctly. This is a near new trailer in perfect shape.
