We bought this camper in August. I was just starting to make this Pop up my camping home when I came across a deal that I could not pass up for a park camper on a lake Now I have 2 campers and only need one!

It is ideal for two adults or a small family. It will sleep 6 when using the dinette. It is an easy tow using my Toyota RAV 4 or any small SUV.

This nifty little camper has a 10 ' box and a total length of 15'. It fits in a standard garage. It expands to a 20' popup with a 60x80 queen and a 48x80 bed. There is a sofa, a 3-way refrigerator, a 3-burner stove, a 2-way sink (city and tank water), and an indoor dinette. Outside there is a nice awning, an outside grill and prep table.

Other features include a propane heater, fans for each bed, electric heat for each bed (plug in), create a breeze roof fan, cable hookup, 120V sockets and lights that run on the 12V battery. Smoke detector, CO detector, 20-gal water tank, water pump, storage under the dinette and sofa. Electric trailer brakes with 7-prong hookup. It is set up so an air conditioner can be installed. Gross weight 1900 pounds.

It is in great shape! All canvas and screens are intact and everything works. We only took it out once, and it worked fine. The battery charges well.

New deep cycle marine battery, new propane tank, new sanitary hose, new site electric cord and new adapter to household 110 plug. Includes new sway bar and sway bar receiver. There are 2 minor problems, a broken drawer guide in the kitchenette and a leaky water tank fill hose. Easily fixable by a handy person!
