Very nice 4 SEASON 2022 Cougar (by Keystone) Half Ton 33RLI Travel Trailer in Nantahala area of west NC near Andrews/Franklin. This was purchased with a property a few months ago and I do not have a truck that can pull this (do not wish to buy one, haha). But I know people who can tow/deliver. We want to build a cabin so this deserves a better home. So, it's priced to sell fast.

It lives a nice, peaceful life year round at 3600ft elevation in west NC and handles all 4 seasons like a champ. Located in Nantahala area of Macon County though we live in Atlanta and travel back/forth. Very light usage.

The RV king mattress is like new and included. We have scrubbed the interior top to bottom so it's ready to go. The kitchen is lovely to cook in. The stove is great. The fridge has plenty of room and all appliances work wonderfully. the theater seats are very comfy with built in massage, USB ports, LED lighting, and more. Great for morning coffee while we watch homesteading videos on youtube :) Tires are in great shape, it's ready to hit the road. This thing has TONS of storage, motorized awnings, LED lighting, Solar onboard, and LOTS more
