We bought the trailer from the original owner in August 23' to use while our kitchen was being renovated. It is in great condition. The sale includes everything to get started (electric, sewer, water), weight distribution hitch, and electric tongue jack. Bunkhouse option was great for our children and provides privacy. Shower and bathroom are clean. Fridge works great, as does the A/C and heat. No rips in the awning and it was recently cleaned. All new tires (August 2023, less than 250mi, New Battery (August 2024) and new Electric Tongue Jack (Sept. 2023).
