This 2021 Forest River Work and Play 21LT TOYHAULER with PATIO has a 2 YEAR transferable WARRANTY.

We are 1st owners, non-smokers, and conscientious maintenance nuts who bought the 5-year extended warranty with 2 years left remaining on it and fully transferrable for a $100 fee. This means we have kept everything repaired and working. We only trailered a few motorcycles a few times but it can hold larger vehicles including side-by-sides and ATVs. The point is we did not have gas or oil spills and the unit is thus oder free and mostly used for bikes and camping.

The best thing about it is the 99 gallon fresh water capacity (long showers) and the 30 gallon capacity for the on-board gas station so you can refill your thirsty ATV or motorcycles.

We added the options of a fence in the back for keeping kids and dogs fenced in but in the open air. We added 350 watts of solar and replaced the 1 AGM with 2 Battle Born Lithium batteries. We have replaced the tires, the water pump, the AC circuit board and added an AC/DC plug next to the stove. IWe added a fast start switch for the AC. THose options added $15,000 to the original trailer price
