low miles, well maintained, has been terrific!  

The bad news first: it's been stored outdoors, so the exterior decals have started to fade and peel. HOWEVER..

The Good news:  Interior is in great shape overall, on-board generator, power stabilizer jacks, power loft, air conditioning, water pump, water heater, slide-out, etc everything works as it should.  the dual recliner sofas are fabric and while comfortable may be getting close to the time to reupholster or replace, not a big deal can help if interested. 

It's been great to me, 2nd owner, regularly serviced, recent oil change, generator serviced, full inspection. ready to drive and use right away.  If youre looking for a solid good-to-go easy to drive class A RV that has everything and is reliable at a great price, you found it!
