Our 2021 LANCE 2445 is in fantastic condition and is truly one of the top brands/models out there (this is our fourth Lance over the years). With only a little over 900 miles on the axle odometer, this like-new camper is in pristine condition and ready for anything. Never smoked in and always stored under cover this camper is seriously like-new (it even still smells like new). The LANCE brand is known for its quality craftsmanship and attention to detail, and the 2445 is no exception. The interior of the LANCE 2445 is both luxurious and comfortable, with plenty of room for everyone with the queen style rear bunkbeds, queen dinette and queen master bedroom spaces- Lance also uses a CNC machine to route out the cabinets and interior finishes so you don't have to worry about anything not fitting properly or coming apart. They also use resins and materials that you could also consume without getting sick - which means there is no chemical off-gas that is harmful. It does have a generator compartment and I am including the generator (which runs on both propane and gasoline) so you can use the Tri-pack propane set-up that comes standard on the Lance models to power it (or stop at a gas station to fuel up, if needed). It does have the upgrade batteries for the factory installed solar system, it has a rear hitch, and all the upgraded options - like matching TV's, mounts, outdoor speakers, etc. It did have a re-call on the slide which was done by the dealer and they upgraded both side rails when they performed the upgrade to prevent any possible issue. There were a few little items that we also noticed when we purchased it and those were also fixed (nothing major). The MSRP is over $97K on these models and they are really awesome.

Everything that you need will come with camper. Cords for the generator (and generator) and regular power, hoses, even a brand new septic kit (we've not used it). ALSO, just to clarify this Lance has all of the upgrades from the solar panel and inventer, batteries, generator that will power it off grid, upgraded Good Year Enduro tires, exterior graphics, interior sync TV's/Sound/DVD, trailer hitch, automatic jacks (you can even control the heat and air, put down the jacks, operate the slide, awning, etc. from your phone) along with many more. There are no scratches, dents, etc.
