Bath and one half, Single owner, Thor Motor Coach Palazzo 36.1, purchased new in 2016, no pets, no smoking, and has been stored inside our pole barn since date of purchase removing it from year round exposure to elements. Only used for family vacations and weekend camping for approximately (1) month per year. This coach has never seen snow or been driven on salt/brine treated roads. Well maintained and consistently cared for since purchase and has been a great unit for our family vacations. However, as our children have moved on to college, we no longer need such a large unit.
