Hello, I bought this RV new in 2016. I am the only owner. We have taken it across the country a few times. We have always done routine maintenance and recently added brand new tires (within 500 miles) which was around $3,500. We also have brand spanking new batteries and we added an exhaust for the generator ($4,000). This is in literally perfect shape. There is not a scratch on it and everything inside the RV works perfectly. We have been very lucky and have only had to fix very small things. We have purchased a new RV and are now ready to sell our baby. FULL TRANSPARANCY: We are in our loan for $52,000. We are not looking to make a profit we just want to break even. We purchased for $85,000. We are happy to work with you on a loan takeover. The interest rate on this loan is only 5.5% and the loan is with BMO. We can ask them if you can take over the loan. Based on a question I got.  The total left is actually $52,369.  The maturity date is November 2036.  This was a typical 20 year RV loan started in 2016, but we got it when rates were low so the rate is 5.5%.  Payment is $497 a month.  You can always pay more and pay it off early, but we have already made it past the point of more going to principal than interest which is good for you.
