Automatic leveling system, Extra Large pass through basement storage and lights in basements. Has a Cummins 5500 gas generator. Gas water heater, power patio awning. Polar package.There is an outdoor entertainment TV & stereo and full-length awning.Inside there is a booth dinette with storage & converts to bed, hardwood cabinets, day/night shades, solid surface kitchen counters w/sink covers. Has a stainless steel residential french door fridge w/ice & water in door---we have not hooked up. There is a three burner gas range with oven & counter covers.The bathroom has a glass shower door, Twin bunk bed over cab, Queen-size pull-out Sofa sleeper. Twin Bunk beds with TV/DVD players. There are 3 flat-screen TVs (not including bunks). This unit can sleep eight easily with a great layout for the entire family.New motor in large slide 1 year ago. Recovered captains chairs, dinette and loveseat 1 year ago. Peel and stick wallcovering in kitchen, bathroom and kitchen. Don't like it, peel it off. New grey vinyl tile throughout 1 year ago. New queen mattress 1 year ago. LP gas grill, hitch for towing vehicle behind included. New batteries and oil change, clear title. Ready to go
