2012 Forest River Heritage Glen 246RLBS. Purchased 2022. Clean. 5th wheel camperUsed as my mother's "summer home" for 2 months each year. Since purchase in 2022. It served us well for the purpose. It has never left this property. Winterized and covered each winter. AC, fridge, freezer, stove, pop-outs, heat, hot water all fine. Oven we never figured how to light (she used an air fryer). Shower door misaligned and needs replacement/repair. A couple cabinet doors are missing from usability modifications. I know there are some spots of delamination on the outside but we never found evidence of leaks while investigating. Included is cover ($700), 5th-wheel hitch (was told $1500 new), wheeled tank for black water + extra fittings/pipes ($180).
