We lived in this unit for 18 months while building our home and business. I made some mods, adding shelving and removed the junky BH couch/ bed and added bunks. Some interior trim pieces have come off and the outlet behind the TV isn't working (I have not investigated). Other than that everything works very well and it hasn't moved, driven from the lot, and parked since. I planned to renovate it all myself but frankly, I'm tired of building things :)
