Used but like new. Only towed for 1 summer, has 1,102 miles on it per truck towing data. We were permanent with it for two seasons but it was only used during the weekends. This is a hard find! A 5th wheel under 40 feet with a Bunkhouse. If you are a camper, you know some campgrounds do not allow RVs over 40 feet. Also, if there are only back-in sites available you can back in because it is less than 40 feet. We are a family of 3. Top bunks were only used for friends and the couch & kitchen table area have never been used for sleeping.
