We are located in Las Vegas, Nevada. Recently moved into a house so we are no longer in need of this beautiful 43’ Manhattan bunkhouse with 2 bunks in the back with its own full bathroom, with shower, sink and toilet, medicine and towel cabinets. The front master bedroom has a king size bed with full-size cedar walk in closet. There is another full-size bathroom with shower, sink and toilet, 2 medicine and double towel cabinets. Residential sized refrigerator and freezer, microwave/ convection oven, 3 gas burner stovetop, big gas oven below the stovetop. Dishwasher that gets dishes cleaned better than any dishwasher we’ve ever owned. Hanger hooks over double sink island that holds 15+ pots and pans, colanders, etc. Big pantry and cabinets. Beautiful hardwood cabinetry throughout this 24,500 GVWR fifth wheel. 3 AC’s, 2 Furnaces, generator prepped, 2 new 6v batteries installed May 2014. Easily accessible Water manifolds with individual shut off valves, Water lines are all Pex piping (blue/red) throughout. New Anderson Kantleak water bib/ input /output, their upgraded-all brass valves and fittings. Washer and dryer across from master bath behind 1/4 fold cabinet doors. The six AC filter vents I changed out for quick lever release vents when we first bought it, for ease of every 3-4 weeks filter changeovers. 12 filters so changeouts are quick and done. Trailer has 4 slide outs with (love or hate them) slide awnings.  2 main awnings on door side, the bigger one with a zip on solar shade. The basement is big with a 3 drawer Jobox make tool/accessories tool box with about 20 organizers/dividers, Very Handy toolbox! New CO2 detector in June 2024(every 5 years). Has a quick  propane connection for the grills by the front door side jack. 2-40# bottles in the propane bay on the other side. Generator bay in the front ready for easy installation, controls setup inside. 4 scare lights at the corners, led lighting under the 2 main awnings. Entry door and stairs led lights, same led light on upper rear of trailer for night time backing in. Hitch and basement lighting plentiful. Very low mileage as we haven’t traveled in the 2 1/2 years we’ve had this trailer. Although it has been moved every 6 months per the county/ city residency regulations. Tires look new. Tire covers used. Slide seals treated regularly with seal conditioner. This RV has been great to us, only had to change out an $11 sail switch on the main furnace and bought 2 new 6V batteries.
