RV Description

ORIGINAL OWNER BOUGHT NEW IN 2018.

TITLE IN HAND.

PAYMENT BY WIRE TRANSFER OR CASH ONLY.

HAS NEVER NEEDED REPAIRS.

Selling because we don't use it. We are in our late 60s and have purchased a small motorhome that we are more comfortable driving. IMMACULATE INSIDE. Lightly used. ALWAYS STORED INSIDE its own trailer barn. NON-SMOKER. Regularly MAINTAINED--winterizing, running all systems, checking the tires, checking caulk. Can be towed easily at 3500 lbs (2,775 pounds dry weight) and only 20.5 feet long including the tongue. The height is only 10 feet with an interior height of 80". Two keys available.

Check out the Lance Camper website for more information.

PASS-THROUGH STORAGE outside.

AWNING is like new.

TV works perfectly with a roof-top antennae and cable connection and comes with a remote, Jensen multi-speaker radio.

QUEEN BED & Dinette to bed. Sleeps 4.

3 burner propane stove and oven. microwave.

5 CUFT REFRIGERATOR is 3 way powered. Never used oven.

Dinette was never converted to a bed, so the CUSHIONS ARE LIKE NEW. FanTastic roof vent. POWERFUL AIR CONDITIONER with remote by bed. PROPANE HEATER.

Truma tankless water heater, DRY BATH with sink and shower.

EXTRAS: Back-up camera.

Brake system.

Weight distribution hitch installed at dealership with a hitch coupler lock.

Bike rack for two bicycles attached to the tongue (can be easily removed).

External fans were added to help refrigerator cool more efficiently.

Maxxair vent covers on all three roof vents.

Propane tank gauge level indicator.

All electrical hookups; drain hoses; tire chocks; leveling blocks. Screen/nightshade on front window is a design issue. Ours is tricky so I made a blackout curtain instead. See photos.
