We are selling our 2022 Forest River Cedar Creek Cottage 40CCK. We needed temporary living space on our property for my father-in-law, so we bought it new and had it shipped from Michigan to Northern California. We built a beautiful deck around it and it sat there for two years. We moved it to storage in late 2024. We've loved the spacious kitchen/living/dining area, with large opposing slideouts.

We removed the built-in bed in the bedroom so he could have the bed of his choosing (I still have it, so it can be put back in). I also bought two large 100lb propane tanks. These large tanks, as well as the two smaller propane tanks that came with it, can go with the trailer if desired.
