This unit is extremely clean. Purchased brand new on 11/20/21 and has only been slept in a total of 14 nights since then. We loved the King master bed which is positioned "horizontally" using a 3rd slider in the front. My wife and I love the floor plan and the open living area despite the King bed (thanks to that slider). The following warranties are transferrable and don't expire until November 2026.
