2021 Nexus 35W. Currently with 20,809 miles; 541 engine hours and 242 generator hours.
Upgraded rear springs (19.5k vs the standard 15.5k), added exhaust brake and steering stabilizer. Roadmaster Nighthawk Hitch included with sale of the unit.
Both A/C units were replaced with Houghton 15k w/heat pump option. The original Dometic units failed when I was in Tennessee two years ago. These units can be run independently of each other.
New shower insert, door and pan. The old shower pan installed by Nexus was cracked at the factory. A plumbing access was also added to the hallway wall. The bathroom door was also replaced.
The unit is serviced every 5k miles; the generator every 50 hours. You will notice the RV hours dont match the digital counter inside the unit. The digital counter died and I had to replace it. The analog hours on the generator are the true hours.
The decal on the front cap is coming off. I have not had the time yet to get up there to take it off. I’ve read about several owners doing this. When I went cross-country in 2022, the factory mirror fell off the wall in the living room and scratched the wall as you can see in the picture(s). There are a few blemishes in the paint near the driver’s side wheel well (on the outer trim piece).
The RV is cleaned and wash the it after every trip. We are the second owners. The only reason we are selling is because we are going bigger. It has been awesome to me and my family and I think it will be to you as well.
