It has two 15,000 Btuh Heat Pump A/C units, 50 amp electrical service, a 30,000 Btuh furnace, three burner range-top, convection oven/microwave, two Samsung TV’s, 29” in the living room & 22” in the bedroom, Blu-Ray DVD/FM/AM/Bluetooth stereo with front & rear speakers & sub-woofer, queen size rear bed that was replaced in 2023, double door cloth closet, separate shower & bathroom, 8 cu ft ref/freezer, front 36” x 80” L sofa, 39” x 76” dinette, both front sofa and dinette converts into additional sleeping areas. All appliances work like near new ones. Gas/electric water heater was repaired and brakes were inspected in January 2024. Tires were just replaced in July 2024 with Goodyear tires that came on the trailer. Unit comes with a 54 gallon fresh tank, 38 gallon grey water tank, and 38 gallon black water tanks. Unit has two 30# LPG bottles, two batteries, and spare tire. Total GVWR is only 8800#. 50 amp power cords, adapters from 30 amp to 50 amp, tire jack, tire chocks, adjustable skims, tank flush hoses, and anti-sway hitch are included. A "multiple inspection report" by Camping World will be provided to buyer.
