Since its purchase, this rig has served as a mini "She-Shack" —a few-hour escapism rather than a traveling camper—and has been parked on my property.

It has been very lightly used compared to camping use.

To avoid any black tank issues or smells that I had read about, I never had solids in the black tank, but the tank's liquids have been professionally emptied by a porta-potty truck.

The FL(front living) layout is great if you want some privacy.

I installed two more Maxx Air fans, each with a shaded cover, for a total of three.

The slide-out seals and the AC filters have been maintained, and the roof has been inspected annually and works perfectly.

It is in like new condition.

**This rig was built before the pandemic layoffs, and some believe it affected the RV industry. I do not subscribe to that theory.
