Residential full-size Samsung refrigerator with built-in ice maker. This unit runs off household AC electricity, so the RV comes with a DC to AC inverter and twin 12v Batteries to keep the unit running while you pull it down the road. It does NOT have a propane mode.

Bunk Room for privacy! We removed the jack-knife sofa in the bunkroom and framed in custom under-bed storage with totes, and a 70" long storage portion that can be used to store rifle or shotguns. It has an 11" thick custom luxury mattress from custommattress. A ladder to access the top bunk is included. Dark vinyl film added to entry door to limit light. This 378 model also has the tall ceilings in the bunk room, with 6 overhead cabinet doors accessible from inside, or the hallway for extra storage. The older 377 models have a low ceiling, with a toddler sleeping loft in place of the cabinets.

The original bathroom waterfall style faucet notorious for water staining & peeling finish was replaced with a delta faucet for a lifetime of beauty & ease of use. Additionally, the original square shower head was replaced with a round shower head for improved waterflow & showering experience. Additional corner shower racks were also installed to make sure everybody has room for their stuff.

The original king-size mattress in the primary bedroom was downsized to 14" pillowtop Queen size to allow more access room along the bed sides & ease of access. A king size mattress can be put right back in, if desired. The Splendide WFL1300XD washer and DV6500X vented dryer was purchased from & installed by the dealership prior to delivery. These are top of the line RV units, and being able to wash your own laundry is quite the luxury. The Washer drains into the bathroom grey tank.

In the basement, a MORryde 29"x90" sliding cargo tray was installed with a riser kit. This is an absolute game changer on accessing items in your basement; it slides out both ways, preventing the need to bend & lift to access your storage items.

The Solitude series comes with the Nautilus wet bay system making it very easy and intuitive to connect to shore utilities, fill fresh tanks, flush black tank, etc. There is also a whole-house water filter, and exterior shower connection here. I am including a case of new water filters.

This RV does have the 3rd A/C unit with the RV Airflow system installed (for quieter, more efficient cooling), and the electric Heat Pump! This provides pretty good electric heat when plugged in 50a, and combined with the electric fireplace can keep you cozy without consuming any propane right down until the temps require freezing protection. And being a Solitude, it certainly has all the cold weather equipment such as heated underbelly & basement, all holding tanks have built-in 12v tank heaters, etc. Also, two 30 pound propane tanks, and I'm including a mopeka LP propane monitor system with remote mounted in the bathroom, that can connect to your blutooth smart phone so you can keep an eye on your propane fuel levels.

All slide-outs are covered with Solara slide toppers, added by dealer prior to delivery. These do a great job of shading the slides from the summer sun, and reducing the amount of outside debris that can collect on your slide tops.

Black Fanmate Maxair covers were added to kitchen & bunkroom fans allowing use during storms, and to reduce the amount of sunlight that can pour in.

The solitude comes with the LiPPERT OneControl smart RV control system with panel and bluetooth connectivity to your phone, allowing control of lights, awnings, Tire Linc tire pressure monitor, slide control and automatic leveling system.

The outdoor "kitchen" area has a nice capacity drink fridge, and the Surburban 17" propane griddle, similar to a blackstone. Magnetic knife/utensil bars mounted in the indoor and outdoor kitchen areas.

We've been using Starlink for fast, unlimited internet, and a Wilson WeBoost cellular amplifier to guarantee good phone reception, both mounted on a 25-ft telescopic pole zip-tied to the rear ladder and cabling ran through the top of the kitchen slide, so no holes or modifications made to the weather integrity of the rig. These accessories are available to be included.

Additional 3-M command strip hooks were mounted around the circumference of the passenger side of the RV for hanging holiday lights.

The Solitude also comes with a built-in whole house vacuum system by InterVac, and a foot activated VacPort in the kitchen so you can sweep debris right in, eliminating the need for a dust pan.

All accessories you need to go camping will be included - water hoses, electric cords, progressive industries 50a surge protector, new sewer hose kit, heated water lines, heat tape, etc.

Also available is the EZ-access fortress aluminum OSHA stair & platform system which is a game changer for long-term setups, or individuals seeking a more stable entry option.
