RV is in great condition.  Interior is very clean and comfortable with room and seatbelts for 5 occupants: driver, passenger, and 3 at the dinette.
The coach is built on the 2011 Ford F-53 chassis that has a 6.8 liter Triton V10 gas engine with 362 horsepower and 457 lb-ft of torque and is equipped with a TorqShift 5-speed automatic overdrive transmission.  Everything works as it should including the engine, built-in generator, stove/oven, microwave, water heater, water pump, refrigerator/freezer, air conditioner, heater, 2 TVs, 2 exhaust fans, and leveling jacks. There is a ton of storage inside and out.  Large slide out makes the living space feel larger than expected.  The manual awning provides excellent shade and extends the living area.  Has 2 6volt 100ah house batteries that will keep your lights and water pump functional while boondocking.
