Very lightly used Grand Design - Reflection - Model 303 RLS - 5th wheel RV for sale. We are the 2nd owners and love this unit, but it is time to down-size. She has always been stored it under cover, and is in excellent ++ condition. This beauty trailers like a dream!

The original owner only owned it for just over 1 year, and was forced to sell due to health reasons. It has very low mileage. The longest trip it has taken is from Alabama to NC when we purchased it. All of our trips were inside NC.

We have always drained and winterized the RV. It always has a dehumidifier running inside when stored, and we use it when travelling too. No pets, and no smoking.

It was stored under cover by the original owner (we have photos of their storage location), and we have an RV shed as well. Everything on the RV works as new, and both exterior awnings (over 23' long for both) and slide-toppers are in excellent condition. All of the slides work as new, have been routinely maintained and lubricated. It has the auto-leveling feature on the jacks, and work flawlessly.

The pictured kayak / bike rack made by YAKUP and mounted to the trailer hitch is NOT included, but it can be purchased for an additional $1200. They sell new for over $2500.
