WILL NOT REPOND IF ASKED “IS THIS STILL AVAILABLE” Purchased new in February 2023. Used I think 6 times. Set up for two dirt bikes can haul 3 easily. Updated tires & spare to Goodyear Endurance. Added second 12v deep cell in sequence. Installed 11" memory foam king mattress. Added shut off valve where black & grey tank connect to be safe when hooking up discharge hose. Installing new tan awning this weekend (Had tear almost from new plus will look much better). Kept this last winter in heated garage on floor jacks and plugged in all winter. Just repacked wheel bearings. Washed and cleaned after each trip. Want to go back to a van. This is a very nice toy hauler. I like the nose weight to haul very stable just more of a pain for me to use than anything. Garage is separated from living area by sliding door. I never carried gas cans in garage area. Paid for and have PA title in hand. No hurry to sale. Priced below average prices for a 2022. Thank you
