One owner. Very clean, always winterized and stored under a cover. Only used about 9 times. There are no mechanical issues. The trailer jack was replaced with an OEM, a Maxxair fan was installed in the bathroom by the original dealer. The roof was inspected and resealed by Camping World last year. There is a Furrion rearview camera and a 5 inch monitor included. I installed a support kit on the rear bumper to allow a hitch receiver to be bolted on it, we use that to carry an RV approved bike rack. Currently it’s winterized, not used this season. I have tested the refrigerator and it works on both 12V and gas. I started the heater and AC, no issues. The HW is still drained and can be checked when needed.
